Working Principles

Radial Tarar is used for separate low density things such as dust, glume, weak grains from the high density grains by air recycling aspiration system.

Outlet hopper: this is fixed to the lower part of the machine body.
Via gravity spouting the product enters into the vibrating inlet box and is forwarded and distributed thanks to the vibratory motion and the particular configuration of the internal product distribution blades. During its fall into the hopper beneath an air stream passes through the product flow for separating light parts (waste product). Suction is produced by the negative pressure generated by the two impellers housed in the top section. Aspirated waste is dragged by the air stream into a decanta_on zone, from where it falls and a collection screw conveyor takes it to a sealed airlock valve. At its outlet the waste is fed directly to the offal spouting. The machine is provided with an air bleed for partial air recirculation and for maintaining inside the condition of negative pressure.
